Shipping Policy

SLUM LTD ships to world wide. Your package will arrive via Thailand Post and please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends.

Domestic (Thailand) Shipping Charges

Orders will send by EMS or Kerry Express with Tracking number.

International Shipping Charges

Registered Mail : ฿500 + shipping fee on each item.
EMS : ฿1000 + shipping fee on each item.

Exchange Policy (Webstore only)

We accept exchanges only and "no returns". Items must be unworn and in new condition. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the shipping date. Please allow up to 14 days to process. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping and taxs(if neccessory)  for the item back to us and We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages sent back to us by the customer,please purchase necessary packaging and tracking to ensure proper delivery.
Please contact us via email as customerservice@iscreamz.com before sending the merchandise back to us for get an RA#(Return Authorization).

Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.

If The Item You are Exchanging for is more or less Expensive:

If the item is more expensive, the original amount (just the merchandise amount – shipping is not included) will be deducted from the price of the new item. We will then mail or call you to charge the difference. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the store credit or original credit card or Paypal you used when the purchase was made.
